how to pump a marine toilet

well for 4 yrs I have been pumping the toilet wrong according to Marco. The argument that followed was not pretty. I lost. but I swear the water was clean when I left the toilet. Now if he would only lower the toilet seat.

SEA RAGE

As you can tell from the photo the problem. A charter boat with 6 fat german men in speedos tried to dock stern first in a space between me and an other boat side to. Then worked at it for 40 minutes with their anchor at a bad angle and a anchored boat infront of them and then me. their boat was on my stern and they were pushing on my pushpit Marco told them not to touch the boat he would push them off. They were in at one point and then decided to do it again. No one could believe these guys you do not come in stern first between two boat that are side to. Well they hit the boat again and this time Marco had sea rage and told them

“get your fucking boat off my boat   go anchor you have a tender get the fuck off”

the german with the biggest belly threatened to harm us but realized Marco was in better shape and everyone was watching so they left.

These charter company let these people have these boat and they are really dangerous.

Later one of the other boaters said he was glad Marco told them off.

Patmos

We came in on Friday 20th. Its a lovely island and the bay is very nice. The winds call the meltemi came in and our anchor dragged so Marco set a second anchor which held during the nite but this morning decided toset a third anchor because it was really blowing. We have now the three anchors and everything seems fine. It is really howling out gusts of about 35 knots. We will stay until Monday because of the winds and high seas. I have lost count of the number of islands we have visited it must be about 17. The people are very friendly and must speak some english.

the other nite at dinner I noticed little mounds of bread around Marco’s plate.

What is that in my mother’s voice.

I have been doing this since I was a child.

Your mother  must have gone crazy.

She lost her voice.

Well she couldn’t change him who am I to try. But it brings the mother in me out.

well today was a 3 ring circus in the bay. The wind had picked up so we decided to stay put because where we were headed was between two islands and it would of become a funnel with winds 30 kn. A few boats left but came back in an hour then 10 charter boats came in. There was mayhem up anchor pulling other anchors up or getting catch on the bottom… lines in propellors a 3 ring circus in a very small bay.Why they don’t hire a skipper it would make their vacation hassle free. So that nite after dinner I showered ( we had water Marco got it from the cafe with the cute waitress I didn’t ask) and came out in my PJ’s (porka dots) Marco  took one look and laughed I said whats funny

There are people having dinner and drinks in front of us and you are in you PJ’s

He went for a walk totally embarrassed I sat and had a nitecap with the diners after this day I thought my clown PJ’s were a hit.
